FutsalCam is an app for filming futsal matches and keeping the moments that matter from the game. This policy explains how we process data. Request account or data deletion.

Current app behavior

FutsalCam films on your device and saves captures locally. Its account and cloud features are optional.

When you enable a cloud feature and sign in, the app may transfer content eligible for that feature in the background, according to the network you allow. You do not need to approve each transfer.

Usage measurement and crash diagnostics in the app

FutsalCam collects data about app usage through Google Analytics for Firebase and crash reports through Firebase Crashlytics. This data is used to understand overall app usage and to find and fix errors.

These services process the following categories of data:

The content of your captures is not sent to these measurement and diagnostic services.

Measurement and diagnostic data is associated with pseudonymous installation identifiers.

Account and cloud features

Cloud features require you to create an account and sign in. We process the account data and technical identifiers needed for that purpose, such as your email address, name provided by Google where applicable, Firebase UID, and notification token (FCM).

We also process audiovisual content and the capture and processing metadata needed to provide the feature. This data is linked to your account and used for authentication, functionality, security, and service operations.

Content is not used to train models or for advertising, and FutsalCam does not sell personal data. Providers of authentication, infrastructure, and processing may process data only on our behalf to operate the service.

How data is used

Requested permissions are used only to support the app's main features: filming, saving, and playing captures.

Measurement and diagnostic data is used only to understand aggregate use of the app and to fix errors.

We do not use data for purposes other than those described in this policy.

Local storage

The captures you save are stored locally on your device, for example in the gallery or in a folder associated with FutsalCam.

Cloud features are governed by the section above. You can share, export, or delete local captures using your device's available features.

Third-party services

The app uses two Google services: Google Analytics for Firebase, for app-usage analysis, and Firebase Crashlytics, for crash reports. Google processes that data according to its own policies. The app does not integrate advertising services.

The FutsalCam website uses Google Analytics to understand traffic, visited pages, visit sources, and clicks to Google Play. This measurement helps evaluate the website and outreach campaigns. Google Analytics only loads if you accept website analytics. Google may process technical data such as online identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location, and visited pages according to its own policies.

Website cookies and similar technologies

The website may use local storage or similar technologies to remember your privacy preference. This preference is used to know whether Google Analytics should be loaded on future visits.

Google Analytics cookies or analytics identifiers are not enabled until you accept analytics measurement. If you reject analytics, the website does not load Google Analytics for that visit. If you change your preference and stop accepting analytics, the website stops sending new analytics events from that browser.

Data retention and deletion

We retain cloud content and its analysis data until you delete the content or your account, including content awaiting processing. Deleting an item may leave related files available and limit future edits. Allowance limits or benefit expiry do not delete files. Copies exported or shared outside the service are not deleted. See the deletion options.

When you delete your account, we remove access to its content and delete or anonymize associated data; file removal may finish in the background. We retain the necessary technical records of the deleted account and benefit usage to prevent reactivation and repeated gift claims. Backup copies and operational logs may retain information temporarily until their security and operational cycles end.

Google Analytics data is retained according to that service's retention settings. Crash reports and their associated identifiers are retained under Firebase Crashlytics' own retention period. Uninstalling the app stops future collection from that installation, but does not delete data that was previously sent.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from the app. You can also request deletion of your account or specific content by writing to privacy@futsalcam.com.

Filming matches involving minors

FutsalCam may be used to film matches involving minors. The person using the app is responsible for having the necessary authorization to film and use the content.

That person is also responsible for keeping, publishing, or sharing the content.

Security

We apply reasonable safeguards to protect data processed by the service. Access to cloud features requires a signed-in session.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app, its features, or legal requirements. When that happens, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date. Material changes to data processing will be communicated through the website or app; new purposes require advance information and consent where required.
