FutsalCam is an app designed to film futsal matches and help users keep relevant moments from the game. This policy explains what data the app uses and how it is handled.

Current app behavior

The current version of FutsalCam works locally on the user's device. This means videos and audio recorded by the app are saved on the device itself and are not automatically uploaded to FutsalCam servers or third-party servers.

In the future, FutsalCam may add features such as sign-in, cloud storage, subscriptions, or remote video processing. If that happens, this policy will be updated before those features are enabled.

Data used by the app

To work correctly, FutsalCam may request access to:

• Camera: to film the match in real time.
• Microphone: to include audio in video recordings.
• Device storage or gallery: to save videos or clips generated by the app.

The current version of FutsalCam does not transmit videos, audio, or other personal data to FutsalCam servers.

How data is used

Requested permissions are used only to support the app's main features: filming, saving, and playing videos.

FutsalCam does not sell personal data, does not use videos for advertising purposes, and does not analyze them on external servers.

Local storage

Recorded videos are saved locally on the user's device, for example in the gallery or in a folder associated with FutsalCam.

The app does not automatically send these videos to FutsalCam servers or third-party servers. The user may choose to share, export, or delete videos using the features available on their device.

Third-party services

The current version of the FutsalCam mobile app does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

The FutsalCam website uses Google Analytics to understand traffic, visited pages, visit sources, and clicks to Google Play. This measurement helps evaluate the website and outreach campaigns. Google Analytics only loads if the user accepts website analytics. Google may process technical data such as online identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location, and visited pages according to its own policies.

Website cookies and similar technologies

The website may use local storage or similar technologies to remember the user's privacy preference. This preference is used to know whether Google Analytics should be loaded on future visits.

Google Analytics cookies or analytics identifiers are not enabled until the user accepts analytics measurement. If the user rejects analytics, the website does not load Google Analytics for that visit. If the user changes their preference and stops accepting analytics, the website stops sending new analytics events from that browser.

Data retention and deletion

The current version of FutsalCam does not keep copies of videos outside the user's device.

Videos remain on the device until the user manually deletes them from the app, gallery, or operating system tools.

If FutsalCam adds cloud storage or user accounts in the future, available mechanisms for deleting uploaded content, the user account, and associated data will be disclosed where applicable.

Recordings of matches involving minors

FutsalCam may be used to film matches involving minors. In its current version, the app does not automatically share those videos or upload them to external servers.

Responsibility for recording, keeping, and eventually publishing or sending those videos belongs to the user who uses the app.

Security

Because the current version of FutsalCam works locally and does not transmit videos to external servers, protecting the content depends mainly on the user's device security measures, such as screen lock, operating system permissions, and backup settings.

If FutsalCam adds cloud storage or cloud processing in the future, reasonable security measures will be applied to protect transmitted and stored data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app, its features, or legal requirements. When that happens, we will publish the new version on this page with the corresponding update date.
